Retreat
This retreat is a chance for you to escape the pressures of daily life and connect to your health & well-being, with a focus on the practice of Qigong.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner this retreat offers the chance to learn and practice this simple, enjoyable self-healing method  
Prior to the retreat a health questionnaire will be sent out to help us know what areas to focus on for you.

Location
Gaunts House is located near Wimborne in Dorset. It is 20 minutes by taxi from Poole station and we organise the taxi for you if you wish.
A large manor house based in a very rural setting , it boasts intriguing decor, large worskshop spaces, an outdoor pool and beautiful grounds.
Food
Our chef and team offer delicious home cooked food using organic and locally sourced ingredients where possible. Meals are plant based and sugar, gluten and dairy free options are available on request.
